Really cool mod except it destroyed my house I spent days working on due to my stupidity and calling in a tornado and a hurricane.

Storm_CloudSpawnDelay – PERFORMANCE HELPER: set to somewhere between 5-65 to significantly reduce the amount of cloud particles spawned, should boost framerate if your computer cant handle it.
This mod is absolutely AWESOME! just make sure if you install it on a custom server that you change the settings to reflect allow-flight=true or you will miss the ride up a tornado! also be sure to play with /weather7 help
Edit : Sorry to add, but seems that sound(s) of sandstorm siren are stuttering (playing just few seconds and stopping, to play again 85s after) when sandstorm is running.
Mods which affect the weather in Minecraft aren’t exactly popular. In vanilla Minecraft, it doesn’t matter if it’s snowing, raining or high and dry outside – the game is the exact same regardless of the weather effects around the player. In fact, the weather only seems to come into play when using other mods, like the Realistic Torches mod, where you can’t even light your torches if you’re standing out in the rain. Coros’ Localized Weather and Stormfronts mod doesn’t really change the weather in Minecraft – it just allows you to see storms coming from a distance so they don’t take you by surprise.
Presence Footsteps is integrated directly within Dynamic Surroundings. This feature generates different footstep sounds as the player walks and jumps. The sounds played are based upon the material that the player is standing on or moving through as well as the armor they are wearing.
Storm_Tornado_RefinedGrabRules – set to false to use old block grab rules for tornado (makes them carve into ground like old ways), new ways just strips trees and doesnt harm ground, might also leave wood planks alone i cant remember right now.
